Refund Policy

At HoneyBalm we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We have created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged upon delivery if we receive your request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returns must be received complete (all original packaging and contents) by Aura Diffuser within 14 calendar days after the return is approved. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Refunds on defective or damaged products will be issued once the item is received by us. Upon inspection, the cost of the product will be refunded. For a return, we do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and we do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping back to us.

For change of mind returns or exchanges, your return or exchange must meet the following criteria:

    • The item(s) must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Products must be in unused, unwashed and unworn condition.
    • There can be no pet hair, glitter, stains, odors, or other product damage.
    • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days after receiving the product
    • Products must be received by Aura Diffuser within 14 calendar days after the return is approved
    • If you received your items as a gift, we gladly accept Gift Exchanges with valid proof of purchase
    • Qualified exchanges will be processed free of charge, except for original shipping costs.
    • Returns for refund to the original payment method will incur a small return shipping charge.
    • Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable and all returns and exchanges are less any shipping cost paid on the original order.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us right away to facilitate those changes. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
